Whether it’s a kitchen reno or a bathroom refresh or a new basement, tis the season. And don’t forget about the outside–from your deck to creating an outdoor haven for entertaining, to revamping your garden or putting in that outdoor barbeque and bar space, everything you need is at the Winnipeg Home + Garden Show this weekend, April 5-8 at the RBC Convention Centre. With the industry’s top celebrity guests and homegrown Winnipeg talent alike there is help for every skill level to help you make the most of your home this season.
This year, Winnipeg Home + Garden Show is thrilled to welcome HGTV Canada’s Tiffany Pratt of Home to Win, Carson Arthur of Home to Win, Todd Talbot of Love it or List it Vancouver, Kortney & Dave Wilson of Masters ofFlip, to the Urban Barn Main Stage presented by the Winnipeg Free Press . For the first time this year, Winnipeg’s top tastemakers will bring creativity back to garden planters with PLANTED. Local influencers will reimagine a basic wooden planter and transform it into a stylish and functional piece using products from Rust-Oleum and foliage from Lacoste GardenCentre . Who knows you might be inspired to create your own! Each influencer will also give away their creation to a lucky winner at the end of the show, so one of the unique planters could be yours!
From there, shop at Scattered Seeds Pop Up Market presented by 94.3 The Drive and consult more than 280 trusted brands and local companies, all under one roof. Don’t miss out on opportunities to create something yourself with a selection of workshops lead by local artisans and makers presented by KiSS 102.3. Back by popular demand is the Ask a Renovator booth presented by The Manitoba Home Builder’s Association and Home Decor and Renovations Magazine, and The Design Studio designed by Adorn Interior Decorator Service presented by Style Manitoba, sponsored by Cloverdale Paint, where you’ll have the chance to snag a free, one-on-one consultation with a local renovation or design expert. You’ll also have a chance to walk through three unique outdoor dining displays for Dining Al Fresco, designed by Dollhouse Design.
